the details.

Finding the information you need to move forward with vendors shouldn’t be a task in and of itself. Here is the breakdown of what to expect from here - that will not overwhelm you.

the process

Fill out the contact form to get started. Give me the details you can, but this is just to get the conversation started. The next step is where you’ll share more.

We’ll schedule a call that works for everyone. This is where I’ll learn more about your dreams for your day, and how I can best serve you moving forward.

Once you’ve selected your collection, we’ll get you locked in! You’ll be emailed a contract & invoice to complete. After that, you’re all set!! Eek!

This is my favorite part, and will be yours too! It’s time to get you guys married, have the best dang celebration possible, and capture your love authentically.

This is it — this is your day. The person who documents it should be nothing less than thrilled to be your 3rd wheel the day of your wedding. It’s my #1 goal to make sure that you feel invested in, too. I strive to leave every single wedding day not just as your photographer, but as your friend.

The average investment is $3800

If your question isn’t answered here, email me!

Do YOU travel?

Do I ever! Not only do I travel for my own personal enjoyment, there is nothing I love more than traveling to a new place or returning to an “old” place to photograph couples deeply in love. Use the contact form to get in touch and give me all the details on your next adventure!

should we book an engagement session?

Yes. Engagement sessions are amazing for so many reasons. Top 2 reasons: We get the chance to work together and I can help you feel comfortable in front of the camera so it’s one less thing you have to worry about on your wedding day. It also gives you images to use for you Save the Date, wedding website, and to decorate at your wedding. Guests love to see engagement images displayed on your special day!

what should we wear to our engagement session?

There’ll be a blog post with additional details and suggestions soon, but for now - try to keep it to solid neutral type colors and choose outfits that make you feel confident and like yourselves. I typically suggest two outfits and to start with the more formal choices and then dress down a bit for the sunset-cozy photos.

what is a first look and should we have one

Well first, let me just say: Your day - Your decision! But, for a lot of newly engaged couples they’ve never heard of a First Look and I’d like to explain what it is and a few of the potential benefits and drawbacks. A First Look allows the bride and groom to see each other before the ceremony and have some portraits taken at this time. Often this will include even some of the bridal party photos and family formals. This typically allows for flexibility in schedule and for you to visit with your guests during the cocktail hour. The potential drawback, of course, is that when you see each other at the ceremony it won’t be for the first time. For those looking for the traditional walk down the aisle, definitely opt out of a First Look and be prepared to take all of your photos during cocktail hour and see your guests out on the dance floor!

can we order prints and albums with you?

Absolutely! I am happy to send information regarding album ordering and I always encourage couples to consider budgeting for an album from the beginning. Prints can be easily ordered from within your online gallery and will be delivered straight to your door.
